What We Are Looking For

- Chefs who can hit the ground running. You will often be the most experienced person in the kitchen,



so the ability to work independently and keep standards high without supervision is essential.
- You need aminimum of 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience in a commercial kitchen with solid bistro andà la carte skills.
- Be physically fit and comfortable with remote or semi-remote living for the duration of a contract. If you have a valid driver's licence, this is also a bonus.
- Reliability is everything in regional work. A venue that is three hours from the nearest city cannot recover from a no-show. If you accept a contract, you see it through.
