About the Role

This role requires a strategic thinker capable of overseeing and optimizing recruitment processes for clients across various industries and geographies. You will be responsible for leading recruitment initiatives, mentoring a remote team of consultants, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional talent acquisition solutions from anywhere. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of remote recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of global clients.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for complex and high-volume hiring needs, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding service offerings to existing clients.




- Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and best practices across different jurisdictions.

Requirements

- Extensive experience (8+ years) in recruitment consultancy , with significant experience in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated success in managing remote recruitment teams and delivering global talent acquisition solutions.
- Strong understanding of strategic workforce planning, talent market analysis, and employer branding.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for remote collaboration.
- Proficiency in various ATS, CRM systems, and advanced recruitment technologies.
- Experience working across different geographical markets is highly valued for this role, supporting clients remotely from locations such as Queenstown .
