You’ll work across a broad range of systems - from MFDs and radar to power and digital switching - helping resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.***At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.*****What you’ll be doing*** Provide Tier 2+ technical support across phone, email, and on-site engagements* Diagnose and resolve system and installation issues* Support dealers, OEMs and installers with troubleshooting, warranty, and service processes* Contribute to technical documentation, training materials, and process improvements* Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams* Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point within the APAC service team* Actively mentoring and developing young talent.**What you bring*** 5+ years’ experience in marine, RV, or related technical industries* Strong knowledge of marine electronics, electrical systems, and system integration* Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret technical documentation* A customer-first mindset with robust communication skills* High attention to detail,
