What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, productive and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You
You are a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, bringing strong clinical experience across outpatient and acute care settings. You are committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, and person-centred care, using your sound clinical knowledge and nursing expertise to support positive patient outcomes and high standards of healthcare delivery.

You excel in assessing patient needs, identifying clinical priorities, and applying effective problem-solving skills to manage complex situations and optimise care. Your ability to think critically and respond appropriately to changing clinical circumstances ensures patients receive timely, coordinated, and outcome-focused care throughout their healthcare journey.

A strong advocate for collaborative practice, you work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised care plans. Your excellent communication skills, supported by proficiency in clinical information systems and digital technologies,



enable you to maintain accurate documentation and build positive relationships with patients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals.

Reliable, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional growth, you thrive in dynamic healthcare environments and are dedicated to maintaining quality care across a range of clinical settings. You are flexible in meeting operational requirements, including participation in a seven-day rotating roster encompassing night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, ensuring continuity of care and support for patients when they need it most.
