- Maintain the equipment register, including servicing, maintenance and condition
- Track equipment inspections and important renewal dates
- Assist with compliance documentation and records
- Maintain simple spreadsheets, registers and Word documents
- Keep digital and paper records organised
- Assist with job paperwork, checklists and team documentation
- Monitor stock, equipment and consumables
- Learn to Test & Tag electrical equipment & complete IAQ tests as required.
- Support the Technical Cleaner / Supervisor with planning and organisation
- Help identify problems before they become bigger problems
- Assist with practical operational tasks when required
? YOU’LL NEED
You don’t need advanced computer skills, but you should be comfortable with:
- Microsoft 365 – Word/Excel/Outlook
- Digital filing & good communication skills
- Learning recent systems and processes
More importantly, you’ll be:
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Reliable and able to follow tasks through
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Practical and willing to get involved
- Team player and good communicator
- Keen to learn and develop
- Someone who notices when something is missing, overdue or not quite right
