The Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our Construction Division. This role is responsible for overseeing and assisting the delivery of minor civil infrastructure works, including manholes, drainage, pipelaying across multiple materials (RCP, BlackMax, DICL, PE) and utility connections. The successful candidate will lead small site teams, manage daily site operations, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements and authority standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise and work with small on-site civil teams

- Coordinate daily site activities for stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure works

- Oversee the construction of manholes, pits and drainage systems

- Manage pipelaying works across various materials, including RCP, BlackMax, DICL and PE

- Manage QUU, Unity water and Gold Coast Water authority connections

- Ensure all works comply with safety, quality and environmental requirements

- Maintain effective communication with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams

- Assist with project planning, scheduling, resourcing and problem-solving

- Ensure company systems, QA documentation and site records are maintained

What We're Looking For:





- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or Leading Hand

- Strong background in civil drainage, pits, manholes and infrastructure works

- Experience with RCP, BlackMax, DICL and PE pipe installation

- Experience with water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure

- Familiarity with QUU, Unitywater & Gold Coast Water standards

- Leadership and clear communication skills

- White Card & current Driver’s License

- Strong understanding of drawings, manage QA and maintain site records

We know good tradespeople have a life outside the site, and working at home cant happen, so we are open to arrangements that suit both you and the project.

Options can include:

• Four day work week

• Nine day fortnight

• Monthly Rostered Day Off

• Early knock off Fridays

• Other arrangements by agreement
