What we are looking for:

- · Minimum 2 years working as a pastry chef.

- · Ability to work independently and within a small team

- · Experience working with laminated pastries with precision and consistency.

- · Manage mixing, sheeting, shaping, proofing, and baking processes.

- · Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- A good understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and processes.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

- Strong communication skills

- Time management and organisation.

- Fond of baking, and being creative.
