Your Role

You’ll build our premium DomeShelter™ structures, handling critical steps in the tarp-making and industrial textile process. Quality and consistency, start to finish.

- Measure, cut, and assemble heavy-duty tarp materials to spec
- Operate sewing machines, welders, and industrial fabrication tools safely
- Check finished tarps for fit and finish
- Find and share ways to improve quality and efficiency

Experience

Tarp making, sewing, textile fabrication, or general manufacturing experience is a bonus, not a must. Attention to detail, pride in your work, and readiness for fast-paced, physical work matter more. We’ll teach the rest.
