Junior Customer Support Specialist

Location: West Gosford

About the Role

We are seeking two motivated and customer-focused Junior Customer Support Specialists to join our team in casual positions. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience across customer support, administration, compliance, and onboarding within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound calls with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide professional and timely customer service while responding to enquiries.
- Monitor and manage support tickets through to resolution.
- Assist with candidate onboarding and compliance activities, including work rights checks.
- Maintain accurate records, data entry, and documentation.
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience

- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
- Previous customer service or administration experience is desirable but not essential.
