THE ROLE

The Project Officer in the High-rise Redevelopment Program will play a key role in providing support services to the High-rise Redevelopment Program as part of the Delivery Team. The project team consists of construction professionals who are focused on delivering the Government's agenda of increasing access to more and better housing for Victorians.





The role will contribute to a number of high rise redevelopment projects as part of the Direct Delivery team with a high focus on demolition and enabling works. The role will also assist driving the procurement of contracted services and products, robust financial management and reporting... The Project Officer will work collaboratively with Principal Project Managers across projects to support the requirements and workload of the team throughout project lifecycles.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

1. Provide end to end support across all project phases to meet departmental objectives including project development and delivery, safety, monitoring and evaluation. This will include assisting in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions.
2. Coordinate collaborative input across the team to create comprehensive and data-informed reports that support project objectives and outcomes.
3. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
