About us

Victims, Redress and System Reform (VRSR) is responsible for the delivery and reform of services to victims of crime, and direct service provision through programs for victims of crime,



ensuring they receive individualised, timely and effective support to manage the effects of violent crime.

VRSR also oversees a number of Victoria's Redress Schemes which acknowledge the impacts of past policies and actions on the lives of people in different settings.

What you will do

As Principal Project Officer – Operational Performance, you will lead data, reporting and reform work. You will guide a team of three senior project officers and set clear priorities.

You will:

- lead technical work on performance reporting, reviews and major reforms
- analyse service data to identify important risks, trends and changing needs
- prepare clear advice, reports and briefings on complex performance issues
- manage data systems and improve timely collection, quality and reporting
- support services with accurate data, reviews and service demand forecasts.

About you

No mandatory qualification is listed for this role. A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.

You should also have:

- strong experience in performance reporting, data collection and statistical analysis
- experience with RESOLVE, Power BI, Salesforce or similar systems
- clear writing and speaking skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas simply
- a flexible and collaborative approach,



with strong problem-solving and people leadership skills.
