What can we offer you?

- $105,577.68 - $110,359.60 base salary (SCHADS Level 5, pro-rata) + super + salary packaging options – increase your take home pay by 6 to 12% through our not-for-profit charity status!

About the role

The Family Engagement Coordinator supports and builds the network of family and/or friends of those experiencing issues relating to alcohol and/or other drugs (AOD).



This role encourages and inspires this network to support the rehabilitation journey, maximising successful interventions and outcomes, whilst providing counselling/support for family and friends to develop and sustain appropriate coping strategies, and maintaining quality of life whilst supporting their loved one through a rehabilitation journey, or identifying the need for rehabilitation.

FTE: Part Time (0.5FTE)

Location: Adelaide

About You

To ensure success in this role, the right candidate will have:

- Tertiary qualification in Social Work or similar Human Services

- Professional and practical knowledge of AOD rehabilitation and recovery
Ability to empathise with disadvantaged people, particularly those who have/are interacting with the justice system

- Advocacy and Networking experience
