About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer – React, React Native to join our growing team and help build the next generation of Pooltrackr’s web and mobile applications. Working across React, React Native, TypeScript and Laravel REST APIs, you’ll build seamless experiences across web, iOS and Android, with a strong focus on performance, stability and offline capability.

What you'll be doing:

- Design, develop and maintain features across web using React and mobile using React Native

- Build dashboards, calendars, role-based access controls and offline-capable mobile features

- Maintain shared logic, component libraries and consistent UX across platforms

- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs using Laravel

- Refactor and improve existing React Native and web code for stability, performance and maintainability

- Ensure application stability across iOS, Android and modern browsers

- Support Firebase services,



CI/CD processes and application performance monitoring

- Contribute to projects including IoT integrations, route optimisation, AI-powered workflows and enhanced offline capabilities

What we're looking for:

- Strong experience with React and React Native development

- Proven experience building and scaling React Native mobile applications, ideally using the bare workflow

- Strong knowledge of Redux Toolkit, RTK Query and modern component-based architecture

- Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs, ideally with Laravel

- Strong understanding of cross-platform UX, performance optimisation and offline-first development

- Experience with Firebase and mobile CI/CD processes

- Strong technical problem-solving and debugging skills with a collaborative approach

- Experience with Laravel/PHP, field service or logistics SaaS, Stripe/Windcave, IoT or Bluetooth integrations is highly regarded
