This is a full-time role for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone with at least 4 years of contract administration to join our expanding group to assist in the delivery of commercial projects.

The intention is for the successful candidates to grow with the business. We have a pipeline of secured work that will provide several opportunities for the successful applicant.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site autonomous role for a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities will cover general administration/coordination, document control, RFI's, OHS & quality management, scheduling,



assisting with procurement and contract administration and sub-contractor management.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building related discipline preferred

- Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Site Administrator or Junior Project Manager

- Background in commercial construction projects

- Solid and stable work history with previous employers
