Leading retailer is seeking a hands-on Delivery Lead to help drive an e-commerce program for an order management system.
You’ll own day-to-day delivery two squads and support coordination and reporting across various other streams.
Reporting to the Senior Delivery Lead, you’ll bring structure to moving work, keep actions and dependencies visible, and help teams resolve issues before they affect delivery.
What you’ll do:

- Manage squad delivery plans, sprint planning, stand-ups, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Work with squad members to resolve delivery blockers and keep commitments on track.
- Gather updates from stream leads and prepare draft programme reports and presentations.
- Maintain RAID logs, track actions and follow up on overdue deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-stream meetings, agendas, minutes and shared documentation.
- Support the Senior Delivery Lead and Stream Programme Manager in maintaining the overall programme plan.
- Work with other delivery leads, programme managers,



product managers and business and technology specialists to manage dependencies.
- Step in for the Senior Delivery Lead when required.

What you’ll bring:

- A few year's experience as a Delivery Lead or Scrum Master in a matrixed organisation.
- Solid Agile delivery experience and confidence coordinating with several teams and stakeholders.
- A practical approach to planning, reporting and follow-through. You’re comfortable doing the detailed work as well as leading delivery conversations.
- Sound judgement about when to resolve an issue yourself and when to escalate it.
- Clear communication, resilience and the ability to bring order to ambiguous work.

The role will be hybrid and when in the office will be based in Surry Hills 2 – 3 days / week.

The role will pay circa $775 + super / day.
