Location: Sydney or Brisbane (hybrid)

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Claims Executive to join our specialist Strata team and support clients through the full claim’s lifecycle.

This is a great opportunity to start your career in insurance. No prior claims experience is required, we’ll provide full training and support. You’ll join a team-oriented team, learn from experienced professionals, and develop practical skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

About the role:

- Support the management of strata claims from lodgement through to settlement

- Assist with communication between clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and repairers

- Learn and apply claims processes and policy coverage

- Help prepare documents and keep accurate records

- Provide clear and professional communication to clients throughout the claim process

- Support senior team members with claim strategy and advice

About you:





- 1- 2 years’ experience in insurance or claims, however we will consider no prior claims experience for the right candidate who has a genuine interest in insurance and willingness to learn

- Solid communication both written and verbal

- Organised, detail-focus and proactive

- A team player with a positive and can-do attitude
