About the role

National Leak Detection (NLD) is a leading provider of non-invasive water leak detection services to the insurance and building sectors. As a Senior Bookings Coordinator, you will take ownership of a high-volume booking portfolio, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, KPIs are maintained and clients and field team receive a high level of service. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving and has a strong understanding of scheduling, customer service and operational coordination.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate a high volume of leak detection appointments across multiple states

- Take ownership of daily scheduling and ensure jobs are allocated efficiently and within required KPI timeframes

- Review technician availability, location, travel requirements, job type and urgency when planning schedules

- Monitor outstanding jobs and KPI timeframes and proactively identify and resolve potential delays

- Manage complex scheduling requirements, including reschedules, urgent jobs, access issues and changes to technician availability

- Liaise with clients, builders, insurers, homeowners and internal teams via phone and email

- Provide clear and proactive updates regarding appointment timeframes and job progress

- Ensure job management systems are accurately updated with appointments, notes, access details, client instructions and job status

- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure enquiries are responded to promptly

- Assist with the training,



support and guidance of junior bookings coordinators

About you

- Previous experience in a senior bookings, scheduling, administration, coordination or operations role

- Strong experience managing high-volume scheduling or appointment bookings

- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and client relationship skills

- Solid attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

- The ability to confidently prioritise competing demands

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment

- Experience working with job management or scheduling software will be highly regarded
