Zionic Group is looking for independent recruitment consultants to build specialist desks across Australian and US markets. Recruitment experience is welcome, but not essential.

Work from anywhere in the world

Your desk goes where you go. Work from home, spend time overseas or build your working day around the life you want.

You choose your location and manage your schedule, with availability for clients and candidates in your chosen market.

You’ll also be part of a wider group of recruiters and digital entrepreneurs. Shared ideas, group training and mentoring give you access to people building their own businesses. Learn from their experience, put those lessons into practice and raise your ambitions for what you can build.

Our focus includes:

- Industrial, manufacturing and trades: blue-collar, technical and operational roles.

- B2B SaaS: sales, implementation and customer success.

Have experience or a solid interest in another sector? We’re open to building a fresh desk together.

We’ll help you choose your market, identify companies and candidates, and understand who to contact and how to approach them.

Daniel runs Zionic Group and built Kolvera. You’ll learn directly from the founder who uses these systems in his own recruitment work.

The opportunity

50% commission on placement fees. Independent contractor arrangement. No base salary.

You’ll win recruitment assignments, find suitable candidates and manage placements from first conversation through to commencement.

We provide the setup and support. You bring the consistency, curiosity and willingness to do the work. Building a desk takes time, and income can be uneven while your pipeline develops.

Who this suits

You have sales experience or training. You’re comfortable picking up the phone, handling rejection and following up without being chased.

You want autonomy, take feedback well and keep your commitments. You’re comfortable with commission-only income while building your desk.
