About the Role

DT Infrastructure, as part of the TasVic Greenlink joint venture with Samsung C&T; Corporation Australia, has been awarded the contract to deliver the Balance of Works package for Marinus Link Stage 1.

We are seeking dedicated Site Engineers and Project Engineers across Civil and Structural disciplines to join our team on this once-in-a-generation project. Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, you will plan, coordinate, and supervise construction engineering activities, oversee subcontractor execution, manage quality assurance (ITPs/RFIs/NCRs), and support project controls to ensure safe, on-schedule delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site construction activities, subcontractors, and work packages.

- Manage quality assurance systems, including ITP administration, lot close-outs, RFIs, NCRs, and testing records.

- Monitor site performance, progress reporting, work programs, and construction methodologies.

- Interpret designs, temporary works, and resolve field engineering and technical issues.

- Assist with procurement,



subcontractor claims, variations, cost tracking, and progress valuations.

- Drive zero harm HSE standards, risk assessments, SWMS reviews, and environmental compliance.

Experience & Capabilities

- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Structural, or relevant discipline) and eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience for Site Engineer / 5+ years’ experience for Project Engineer in major construction or infrastructure projects.

- Strong knowledge of site execution, QA/QC digital systems, ITPs, and Australian Standards.

- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, project controls, and technical interfaces.

- Excellent problem-solving, planning, commercial awareness, and communication skills.

- Current Australian Driver’s License and White Card
