At Insane Caffeine – Childers, we’re looking for our next Barista / Trainee Barista.

Already know your way around a coffee machine. Excellent.

Never made a proper coffee before. That’s OK too.

TRAIN, DON’T BLAME

If you bring the right attitude, we’ll provide the training.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Turns up and is reliable
• Wants to learn
• Enjoys dealing with customers
• Can work in a busy team
• Is prepared to have a go
• Takes pride in getting better at what they do
• Wants more than just a few shifts

WHAT WE’LL TEACH YOU

You’ll learn the skills needed to become a confident Barista — from the basics through to working a busy coffee bar and producing good,



consistent coffee.

Training takes time, practice and effort from both sides.

You bring the attitude. We’ll bring the training.

WHERE CAN IT LEAD

For the right person, this doesn't have to stop at making coffee.

There is opportunity to take on more responsibility, more hours and potentially progress into senior or supervisory roles as your skills develop.
