Based at our Chullora site, you'll be the welcoming voice and face of our business. You’ll receive training and ongoing support to grow your skills alongside an experienced Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering and directing calls through a busy switchboard
- Greeting customers and visitors in a skilled and friendly manner
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting the Sales and Service team with data entry and administrative tasks
- Maintaining a clean and professional front-of-house presentation and coffee lounge

About You

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ideally, you will also have:

- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications
- A team-first mindset with the ability to self-manage




- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Great listening skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
