We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our fast-paced sales and customer service environment. To be successful, you will need to possess some previous administrative background.
What we are looking for:
- 2 years administrative experience
- Enjoys building customer relationship
- Experience or exposure managing a high-volume outlook inbox
- Confidence to deliver phone, email and face to face customer service
About the role
As the Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- High Volume of emails and phone calls
- Provide support to Account Managers and Warehouse team members
- Deliver support for our walk in trade customers
- Assist with general sales administration, including invoicing and order processing.
