Run conveyancing files in a well-supported property team

If you are an experienced conveyancer or property lawyer who enjoys running files, dealing directly with clients and getting matters through to settlement properly, this role may suit you.

This is not an entry-level role. It is for someone who already understands conveyancing and wants to work in a professional property team where they are trusted to manage files and have experienced people around them.

A minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience is required for this position.

Whether you are an experienced conveyancer, senior property paralegal or property lawyer, what matters is that you know how to run conveyancing files.

The Role

You will join a property team led by our Head of Property and working alongside 2 other property solicitors.

Your work will include:

- Managing residential conveyancing matters from exchange through to settlement,

- Reviewing contracts for sale and identifying key issues,

- Preparing contracts,

- Managing PEXA workspaces,

- Preparing settlement figures and coordinating settlement requirements.

You will have direct contact with clients and other parties, including agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors. Transparent communication, accurate file notes and regular client updates are important parts of the role.

There will also be exposure to broader property work, including leasing, property finance, mortgage discharges,



registrations and related property documents.
