About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead and mentor a team of educators within your room.
- Develop and implement engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through meaningful experiences.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community.
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.




- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes across the centre.

About You

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Have previous experience in a Lead Educator role or demonstrate the capability to step into a leadership position.
- Possess a strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
- Have a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and supporting fellow educators.
