Loan Portfolio Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broking support professional to join a boutique finance business, supporting four established Mortgage Brokers with the ongoing management of their existing client and loan portfolios.

This is not an end-to-end loan processing role. The focus is firmly on what happens after settlement – ensuring existing clients are proactively looked after, loan reviews happen when they should, records remain accurate and the brokers have clear visibility across their portfolios.

The role
You’ll take ownership of the post-settlement administration across the brokers’ existing loan books, including:

- Coordinating regular loan reviews and client health checks
- Managing upcoming reviews, key dates, outstanding actions and follow-ups
- Liaising with existing clients for updated information and documentation
- Supporting pricing reviews and other lender/BDM enquiries
- Coordinating variations, discharges, refinances and other post-settlement requirements
- Maintaining accurate client and loan information across CRM, aggregator and lender systems




- Identifying clients due for review and ensuring opportunities are brought to the brokers’ attention

About you
We’re looking for someone who already understands the mortgage broking and residential lending environment and can confidently manage a busy existing loan portfolio.

Ideally, you’ll have 3–7+ years’ experience in mortgage administration, broker support, post-settlement support or residential lending. You’ll be highly organised, comfortable dealing with clients, brokers, lenders and BDMs, and confident using mortgage broking CRM, aggregator and lender platforms.
Most importantly, you’ll be proactive and accountable. This is a role for someone who takes ownership of reviews and follow-ups and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

For an experienced person who enjoys the client and portfolio side of mortgage broking but doesn’t necessarily want to spend their day processing new applications, this is a outstanding opportunity to take ownership of an important function within an established business.
