About the Role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and installing a wide range of pumping equipment both in our workshop and at customer sites throughout Southern Tasmania.

No two days are the same, with work ranging from preventative maintenance through to emergency breakdown repairs and new installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Service and repair pumps in our workshop and onsite.

- Maintain and service a variety of pump systems, including:

- Pump stations

- Pressure systems

- Oil-water separators

- Associated pumping infrastructure

- Troubleshoot faults and attend breakdowns.

- Replace components and undertake repair works.

- Install pumps, filters, pipework and related equipment.

- Complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

- Provide professional service to customers and stakeholders.

Desirable (but Not Essential)
- Restricted Electrical Licence.

- Mechanical aptitude or experience in a mechanical trade.

- Experience with pumps, motors or industrial equipment.

- Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and show initiative.

- Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours and weekend call-outs.
