About the role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to cover parental leave for our Supply Chain & Operations Manager. You'll take hands-on ownership of our global supply chain across Australia, the US and the UK - four warehouses, suppliers, freight forwarders and retail partners in five-plus markets. You'll get months of structured handover and training before you run it solo. If you perform, there's a real path to a permanent role.

Key responsibilities

- Forecast purchases using historical sales volumes and forecast data

- Manage purchase requisitions, including product samples

- Generate the weekly priorities list

- Coordinate day-to-day orders with suppliers and freight forwarders

- Run weekly check-in calls with key suppliers to keep production and delivery on track

- Question pricing, quotes and trading terms when something doesn't stack up. Push back where needed and escalate to leadership for sign-off

- Support negotiation of production, freight and warehousing costs

- Maintain relationships and contracts with third parties

- Track stock levels across all four warehouses (AU, 2x USA, UK). Flag ageing stock and supply risks early

- Keep supplier and product databases accurate

About you

- 2-4 years in supply chain, procurement, logistics or operations support

- A degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar - or equivalent practical experience

- Confidence with data, spreadsheets and reporting





- Strong communication skills. You'll be coordinating across time zones and cultures daily

- Exposure to ERP or inventory systems (DEAR, Cin7, SAP) is a plus, not essential

- Melbourne-based

- A problem-solver who works it out rather than waiting to be told

- Detail-oriented - the small stuff doesn't slip past you

- Organised and calm when several things move at once

- A clear communicator, written and verbal
