Wholesale Fashion Coordinater - Luxury Fashion

Wholesale & Production | Offshore Suppliers | Sydney | Full time, Office-Based

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded luxury fashion business in a pivotal Wholesale & Production Coordinator role.
Working across beautifully crafted collections, elevated luxury fabrics and premium garments, this role sits at the heart of the business — connecting wholesale clients, offshore suppliers, factories, production and logistics to ensure every order is delivered seamlessly and to an exceptional standard.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves fashion and understands the pace, precision and attention to detail required within a premium fashion environment. You will be highly organised, commercially minded and incredibly confident with Excel, with a natural ability to manage multiple orders, timelines and moving parts.
The Role You will take ownership of wholesale orders from confirmation through to final delivery, working closely with wholesale partners, offshore suppliers, factories and the internal production team.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing wholesale orders from confirmation through production, quality control and final dispatch
- Acting as a key point of contact for wholesale clients, providing exceptional communication around orders, amendments and delivery timelines
- Liaising daily with offshore suppliers and factories regarding production, specifications, amendments and critical timelines
- Working with beautiful luxury fabrics, trims, embellishments and garment components




- Preparing and maintaining highly detailed production and wholesale documentation
- Using Excel extensively to manage orders, production information, reporting, timelines and data
- Ensuring all order amendments, sizing and special requirements are accurately documented and communicated
- Monitoring production schedules and proactively following up factories and suppliers to keep deliveries on track
- Coordinating fabrics, components and additional materials required for production
- Working closely with the Production Manager across production workflows and delivery schedules
- Coordinating inbound and outbound garments, warehousing, quality control and dispatch
- Ensuring garments are beautifully presented, checked and delivered to wholesale partners within required timelines
- Maintaining the exceptionally high standards expected within a luxury fashion environment

About You You will ideally have 2–4 years’ experience within fashion wholesale, production, buying, merchandising or a similar coordination role and be looking to further develop your career within luxury fashion.
Most importantly, you will bring:

- A genuine passion for fashion, wholesale and beautiful product




- Previous experience liaising with offshore suppliers or factories
- An understanding of garments, fabrics and the fashion production process
- Exceptional Excel skills — this is essential
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- A proactive approach — you notice potential issues before they become problems
- Confidence communicating with suppliers, factories and wholesale partners
- A polished, professional and collaborative approach
- Experience with Xero would be advantageous

This is a full-time, five-days-a-week office-based position and will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, connected to the product and part of the day-to-day energy of a fashion business.
