The Role
Our client is a long established New Car Dealership Group. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Pre Delivery Manager for their centralized, purpose-built facility in Townsville NQ. The Group offers security of tenure, a busy but friendly working workplace, an excellent salary and career advancement opportunities. Townsville offers all modern facilities including Educational, Recreational, Medical, Sporting, Social and Shopping. The role is Monday to Friday only.

You'll Need
Applicants for this position must have current or recent franchised dealership experience as a Pre Delivery Manager. Alternately, dealership Workshop Controllers, Service Advisors or Assistant Service Managers seeking a non customer facing role are welcome to apply. You will have strong organisational, motivational and staff management skills,



and be acutely aware of the importance of Pre Delivery quality and punctuality for customer satisfaction. You will be managing a team of up to 18 staff including accessory fitters and detailers.

On Offer
Salary for this position is envisaged to earn you $150k including commission, plus super and company vehicle. A contribution to relocation expenses is also on offer.
