Our Client is looking for Sidekicks to join their existing teams of Forklift operators at their Boronia Road location. Please note this work will be manual very labour intensive - items are a lot heavier than AusPost.

We are building a talent pool as we will be getting busier in the coming weeks and there will shifts available. Please note that this is fill their adhoc needs and is not a guaranteed full time role, but regular shifts will be available.

This role involves a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

*Manual sorting of parcels

*Loading parcels onto conveyers

*moving stock from pallets and placing into crates or onto conveyor

*Loading and unloading trucks and containers

*Packing ULD cages

*Use of a manual pallet jack and RF scanner

*Counter balance loading and unlaoding work

AM Shifts: 7.30am - 3.30pm

Rate: TBC

Start on Monday 2nd November 2026

Requirements:





*A valid police check obtained within the last 12 months

* Negative Drug and Alcohol Test

*Online Induction Training ( 3 modules)

*YELLOW Hi-vis vest with reflective stripes and steel capped boots

*Excellent communications skills, written and verbal

*Physical Requirement: Role includes operating standard forklift equipment with a manufacturer-specified operator weight limit of 120 kg

*Ability to lift up to 20kgs on a consistent basis, and to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.

*Willingness to follow all COVID-19 safety guidelines and recommendations

*Enthusiasm, and unafraid of hard work!

*Wiilling to undergo a full medical test including drug and alcohol testing
