Ausdocs Holdings Group is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and professional Medical Receptionist to join our busy team on a full-time basis. This exciting prospect offers the chance to work across both Bluewater Medical Practice and Balgal Beach Medical Practice, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and clinical staff.

The position includes rostered weekday and Saturday shifts and would suit an individual who is organised, friendly, reliable, and committed to delivering a high standard of patient care and service.

In this role you will be responsible for a variety of duties, which include:

- answering incoming calls
- scheduling appointments
- meeting and greeting patients
- invoicing and receipting

Essential criteria:

- excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- ability to remain calm and professional




- ability to work unsupervised

Desirable criteria:

- experience in a general practice using Best Practice, Microsoft Office
- experience in working in the Health Environment

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and computer skills. Additionally, you must have a interpersonal and positive personality and also have the ability to multi task. Typing skills are advantageous.
