We are looking for a motivated and personable Rural Product Sales Representative to join our team, based in Wudinna and servicing customers across the Eyre Peninsula, supporting our Elliston and Ceduna branch as well.

About the Role

As a Rural Product Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, rural businesses and existing customers throughout the region and supporting the branches retail team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

·Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective rural customers

·Travelling throughout the Eyre Peninsula, including the Elliston and Ceduna areas, to service customers

·Promoting and selling a range of rural products

·Preparing quotes, following up enquiries and converting sales opportunities and dispatching stock

·Keeping up to date with products, market conditions and developments within the rural industry

·Representing the business professionally within the local farming community

·Maintain general store cleanliness





·Loading and unloading customers and freight deliveries

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

·Passionate about agriculture and the rural industry

·Confident communicating with customers, farmers & suppliers

·Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously

·Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills

·Commercially minded and motivated to achieve sales results

·Reliable and willing to travel throughout the Eyre Peninsula

·Comfortable using technology, sales & accounting systems and basic computer applications

Previous experience in rural sales, agribusiness, agriculture, farm supplies or a related industry will be highly regarded.
