Our client is one of Melbourne's top performing major 2nd tier builders. They have been in operation for a generation building some of Melbourne's most identifiable buildings. At present they turnover north of $500M delivering projects across all major market sectors.
They are incredibly busy at present so require an additional Project Manager to deliver a recently secured $60M private school/education project in the inner suburbs.
Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be given complete autonomy over your project so you will possess the ability to effectively lead a team.
With a proven track record in Project Management you will have a passion for quality, the ability to manage programs and budget, work under pressure and achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction.
To be considered you will be either trade or tertiary qualified in Construction with end-to-end project management experience working on major commercial projects. In return you will be rewarded with a salary ranging from $240,000 - $300,000+ dependent on experience with one of the best employers in the industry.
