Looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with strong reconciliations & debtor management skills

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions, including billing, sundry charges, and debtor management Process daily banking transactions and perform account reconciliations Monitor and collect outstanding accounts while maintaining accurate debtor records Prepare monthly debtor reports and assist with general ledger reconciliations Maintain customer records and support financial administration activities Provide general office support, including reception, document management, and administration duties Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and related finance functions

What you'll need to succeed




Previous Accounts Receivable experience within a large organisationStrong understanding of debtor management, reconciliations, and financial proceduresExperience using accounting software, with TASS highly regardedStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelHigh attention to detail and accuracy in financial processingExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionallyAbility to obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check and Police CheckWhat you'll get in return
