Nightshift City Cleaner with Medium Rigid Licence required for the City of Gold Coast Council!

Are you an experienced cleaner/labourer with a Medium Rigid truck licence or higher? Hays Specialist Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for you to join the City of Gold Coast Councils dedicated night shift team. This role offers the chance to work with Australias second-largest local government and one of the citys most prominent organisations.

Your new role
You will be working within the City Cleaning team responsible for keeping the streets and public spaces clean for our residents and visitors to the Gold Coast. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Cleaning public facilities, including public toilets
- BBQ cleaning
- Litter collection
- Hosing down precincts
- Driving MR trucks, water trucks and compactors





What you will need to succeed
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar environment and respect for safety and cleanliness standards. You will be a team player and willing to get stuck-in. Mandatory requirements for this role are listed below:

- Medium Rigid licence or higher
- Construction White Card
- Ability to work weekends
- Two recent references
- Willing to work from 9:00pm - 7:00am
