Projects varysignificantly in size, ranging from smaller fast-paced works around $100kthrough to major projects valued up to $40M, with the majority sitting withinthe $2M-$10M range. This variety provides an excellent opportunity for a SiteManager who enjoys working across different sectors and challenges rather thanbeing tied to one project type.
Your new role
Due to continuedgrowth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to overseefit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney.
You will takeownership of site operations from start to finish, managing subcontractors,driving programme outcomes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuringprojects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
A large proportion ofthe work involves live environment projects, making stakeholder management andcommunication key components of the role.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:

Managing day-to-day site operations across fit out and refurbishment projects Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors and suppliers Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trades on site Managing projects within occupied buildings and live environments Driving site safety, quality,



and programme performance Conducting site meetings and progress reporting Identifying and resolving site issues proactively Ensuring works are delivered to a high standard with minimal disruption to end users

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the commercial fit out and refurbishment sector Strong understanding of live environment and staged delivery projects Trade background highly preferred, particularly carpentry or a related construction trade Experience delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, or refurbishment sectors Ability to build strong working relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders Excellent planning, communication, and coordination skills Strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery Stable employment history demonstrating successful project delivery
Heavy refurbishmentexperience will be viewed very favourably.
