Your new role
As a People & Culture Officer, you will provide generalist HR support across a broad range of people matters. You will assist with recruitment and onboarding, employee records management, HR administration, policy interpretation, learning and development coordination and employee relations matters.You will work closely with managers to provide timely advice and support while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the People & Culture function.

You will be an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
To be successful, you will bring:

- Experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role
- Sound understanding of contemporary HR practices and employment legislation
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
- A customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail
