• Define migration roadmap and cloud adoption strategy.

• Assess current Jira, Confluence, Marketplace Apps, integrations, and infrastructure.

• Design future-state Atlassian Cloud architecture and governance model.

• Recommend best practices for scalability, security, compliance, and administration.

Migration Leadership

• Lead Jira and Confluence migration planning and execution.

• Drive application, project, issue, workflow, permission, and space migration strategies.

• Define migration waves, cutover plans,



rollback strategies, and validation approaches.

• Oversee staging, testing, UAT, and production migrations.

Solution Design

• Design solutions for application rationalization and process optimization.

• Evaluate Marketplace App compatibility and migration approaches.

• Architect integrations with enterprise tools such as Azure AD, ServiceNow, CI/CD, and third-party applications.

• Provide recommendations for automation, reporting, and AI/Rovo adoption.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary technical advisor to client leadership and project teams.

• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution workshops.

• Collaborate with Atlassian, client SMEs, security teams, and delivery teams.

Technical Oversight
