About the role

As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in leading your room, mentoring team members, and creating engaging learning experiences that inspire children's curiosity and development.

As our Educational Leader, you will inspire, guide, and support educators to deliver exceptional educational programs while driving quality improvement and best practice throughout the service.

Key responsibilities

- Support educators to deliver high-quality education and care

About you

- Hold or be actively working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

- Passionate about providing high-quality education and care





- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)

- First aid and CPR in a childcare setting

- Food safety training

- Fire safety training

- National Child Safety 1, 2, 3 and 4

- Child Protection CHCPRT025
