About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive NV1 Security Supervisor to lead security operations at Airservices facilities. This role is responsible for supervising frontline security personnel, coordinating incident responses, managing access control and monitoring systems, and ensuring compliance within a high-security environment protecting critical national infrastructure.

Location: Brisbane

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Roster: 90 hours per fortnight (9 x 10-hour shifts)

Shift Pattern: Day Shifts Only

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Security Officers across the site
- Oversee daily security operations, access control, and visitor management
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and Gallagher security systems
- Coordinate responses to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Conduct site patrols and security inspections
- Escalate incidents and liaise with Site Management and emergency services
- Maintain accurate reports, logs, and security records
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, policies, and procedures
- Support training, mentoring, and operational performance of security personnel

About You

Mandatory Requirements

- NV1 Security Clearance
- Current QLD Security Licence (Monitoring & Unarmed)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Australian or Current Zealand Citizen, or Permanent Resident
- ASIC Clearance, or ability to obtain one
- Previous experience in a Security Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Security Officer role

Highly Desirable

- MSIC




- Control Room Licence
- White Card
- Experience with Gallagher or similar access control systems
