At Open Minds, we’re looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to provide Community Access and In-Home Support services across the Sunshine Coast, working between Nambour and Currimundi. Offering part-time opportunities, you'll support clients to build independence, achieve their goals, and stay connected to their local community. No two days are the same. You may be assisting with daily living tasks in the home, supporting clients to attend appointments, facilitating community participation, or providing meaningful companionship that makes a real difference in someone’s life.

About You

- Experience supporting people with disabilities, mental health challenges, or complex support needs
- Confident providing In-Home Supports and Community Access assistance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships
- Can work independently while maintaining a person-centred approach
- Able to manage changing priorities and respond effectively to client needs
- Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and varying shift times

Requirements

- A current Open Driver's Licence




- Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance
- Experience with disabilities and mental health support services
- Willingness to travel between Nambour, Currimundi, and surrounding Sunshine Coast areas
