About the role

Located in Falcon and backing onto the Peel estuary and 15 minutes to the heart of Mandurah.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a couple who can drive the team to meet the day-to-day operational requirements of the park while maintaining a strong focus on revenue growth, cost reduction and profitability. The successful couple will work together, with individual areas of responsibility while maintaining joint accountability for the overall performance of the park. The park is going through a host of upgrades and changes, and requires a dedicated couple who have a proven track record of park management experience and project management.

Key responsibilities - Reporting to the Fowler Group

- Drive high standards of guest satisfaction, customer service and park presentation

- Oversee reservations, reception and guest services using NewBook

- Manage guest feedback and complaints and ensure issues are resolved promptly.

- Drive the team to ensure the park's day-to-day operational requirements are consistently met

- Take joint responsibility for the financial performance and profitability of the park

- Drive revenue growth, occupancy and yield, while actively identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs

- Monitor budgets, labour costs, purchasing and departmental expenses to ensure agreed financial targets are achieved





- Ensure accommodation, amenities, grounds and facilities are maintained and presented to a high standard

- Manage contractors, suppliers and maintenance expenditure within agreed budgets

- Project Manage upgrades within the park under the guidance of the Fowler Group

About you

- Proven experience managing a caravan park, holiday park, resort, hotel or similar tourism operation

- Demonstrated NewBook experience is essential

- Solid commercial and financial management skills

- Proven ability to drive revenue and control costs

- Strong leadership and people-management skills

- Experience in park management and project management of upgrades to the park

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- A hands-on, practical approach to park operations

- Strong focus on guest experience and customer service

- Ability to analyse performance and implement improvements
