Point Force Group (NSW) Pty Ltd (ABN: 61 676 248 892) provides labour hire services to the construction industry in Recent South Wales. We work with clients to understand their workforce requirements and connect them with suitable workers.

We are seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Edgecliff, supporting recruitment activities and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising, screening applications, interviewing candidates and assisting with staff selection.

- Record and manage job vacancy information, including role descriptions, remuneration and employment conditions.

- Maintain employee records and update HR information systems.

- Provide guidance to management on workplace policies, staff performance matters and HR procedures.

- Support employee onboarding by organising inductions and providing information on employment conditions and benefits.





- Communicate current job opportunities to internal stakeholders and potential candidates.

- Assist in resolving workplace issues and ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards and agreements.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of workplace policies and employee engagement initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

- Minimum 1 year of full-time relevant industry experience, or equivalent part-time experience.

- Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR systems and workplace legislation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both employers and candidates.

- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in managing recruitment and HR documentation.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year plus superannuation
