About the role

As a Clinical Aesthetic Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and hands-on training across a range of advanced aesthetic technologies.

Key responsibilities

- Delivering professional theory and hands-on clinical training

- Training practitioners in the safe and effective use of aesthetic devices

- Conducting practical demonstrations and treatments on models

- Educating clients on treatment protocols, parameters, contraindications, clinical endpoints and aftercare

- Supporting clients following training with clinical and treatment-related enquiries

- Assisting with the development and review of training manuals, treatment protocols and educational materials

- Maintaining a professional, evidence-informed and safety-focused approach to clinical education

- Travelling interstate occasionally to provide onsite training where required

- Representing Esthetica Academy professionally at industry events, workshops and exhibitions

About you

- Previous experience within the aesthetic/beauty industry is compulsory

- Qualifications and/or experience as a Dermal Clinician / Dermal Therapist (highly preferred)

- Beauty Therapist with advanced aesthetic experience

- Cosmetic or Dermal Nurse

- Laser/IPL Therapist

- Clinical Aesthetic Trainer

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) – highly regarded

- Practical experience with Laser & IPL, RF Microneedling,



HIFU, Skin Needling, LED, Advanced Facial/Skin Technologies

- Experience with CO₂, Q-Switched/Pico, Diode Hair Removal, Alexandrite or Nd:YAG lasers will be highly regarded

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Confidence speaking and demonstrating treatments in front of groups

- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and aesthetic treatments

- Genuine interest in clinical education

- Qualified, approachable and patient demeanour

- Ability to explain complex clinical concepts in a way that is easy for practitioners of different experience levels to understand
