The Opportunity

We're looking for a Director to lead and grow our transformation consulting practice in Sydney.

As a senior leader within Tranzformd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy, expanding our market presence and building trusted executive relationships across key clients and industries. You will be responsible for helping define the future direction of the practice while leading complex transformation engagements that deliver lasting client impact.

Working closely with the Leadership team, you will drive business development, oversee major client accounts, champion delivery excellence and grow a high-performing team of transformation professionals.

This role requires an individual who can operate confidently at executive and board levels, connect strategy to execution, and influence outcomes across people, process, technology and operating models. You will combine commercial leadership with deep transformation expertise to help clients navigate significant change and achieve sustainable results.

What You'll Do

Lead Strategic Client Engagements

- Partner with C-suite executives and senior leaders to shape enterprise-wide transformation agendas.

- Advise clients on strategy execution, operating model evolution, organisational performance and technology-enabled transformation.

- Lead complex diagnostic, design and transformation engagements across large-scale organisations.

- Provide strategic counsel and constructive challenge to executive stakeholders.

- Identify emerging market opportunities and develop innovative solutions that address client priorities.

Drive Practice Growth & Business Development

- Develop and execute growth strategies that expand Tranzformd's presence across Sydney and key industry sectors.

- Build and maintain executive-level relationships that generate new opportunities and long-term partnerships.

- Lead account growth initiatives, strategic pursuits, proposal development and client negotiations.

- Achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets aligned to business objectives.





- Represent Tranzformd in the market through industry networks, events, thought leadership and strategic partnerships.

Provide Transformation Leadership

- Sponsor and oversee major transformation programs and portfolios from strategy through implementation and perks realisation.

- Ensure engagements deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining exceptional client experience.

- Guide engagement teams through complex delivery challenges, risks and organisational change.

- Establish governance frameworks and delivery approaches that drive successful outcomes.

- Maintain oversight of engagement quality, commercial performance and resource utilisation.

Build Capability & Develop Leaders

- Lead, mentor and develop consulting managers, senior consultants and emerging leaders.

- Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

- Build consulting capabilities, methodologies, intellectual property and service offerings.

- Contribute to workforce planning, talent acquisition and capability development strategies.

- Help shape the future direction, culture and operating model of the business.

What You'll Bring

- Extensive experience in management consulting, transformation advisory or executive leadership roles.

- Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs and strategic business initiatives.

- Proven track record of building senior executive relationships and acting as a trusted adviser to C-suite stakeholders.

- Strong commercial leadership experience, including business development, account management and revenue growth.





- Experience leading consulting teams, business units or practices with responsibility for people, delivery and financial outcomes.

- Deep expertise in two or more of the following areas:

- Enterprise strategy and execution

- Operating model and organisational design

- Enterprise transformation and portfolio leadership

- Program and delivery excellence

- Technology-enabled transformation

- Organisational change and workforce transformation

- Customer and service transformation

- Benefits realisation and value management

- Strong market profile and professional network within Sydney or nationally.

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills.
