As we continue to grow, we are in search of Sales Professionals to join our team.
About the role
As a Specialized Bedding Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of high-quality bedding products. This position will involve assisting customers, processing sales, and maintaining a well-presented retail environment. We have positions available at our Gepps Cross & Mile End locations in SA.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and assisting customers to identify their bedding needs and preferences
2. Demonstrating product features and advantages to customers
3. Providing customers with a Gret night Sleep
4. Processing sales transactions and providing a seamless purchase experience
5. Maintaining product displays and ensuring the retail space is clean, tidy and visually appealing
6. Working with a great team to achieve our goals and enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
1.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required, preferably within a similar environment. A minimum of 3 years previous sales experience
2. A sales-focused achiever with the ability to achieve sales results. Bedding or furniture sales experience is not essential as training will be provided
3. Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
4. Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
5. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing product displays
6. A positive, friendly and helpful attitude, with a genuine desire to assist customers
7. Flexibility to work a range of shifts (can be set days), including weekends, as required
