IT Support Officer

The opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT career seeker, whether that be recent graduate, current student, or just someone looking forward to starting their career in IT.

Key responsibilities:

· Provide friendly, responsive technical support to internal staff across systems.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account issues.

· Setup & deploy devices, assisting with IT onboarding.

· Assist with asset tracking and lifecycle management.

· Participate in the weekend on-call roster (post-probation).

· Log, action, and follow up on support tickets.

· Maintain data quality across internal systems.

· Contribute to the creation and improvement of IT documentation.

Who we’re looking for

· Strong interest in IT, technology, and troubleshooting.

· Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and general IT environments.

· Experience with Android, Apple iOS, and emerging mobile platforms.





· Quick to learn and adaptable to different challenges.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously when required.

· Recently completed IT studies or related field (preferred but not essential).

· Strong customer service skills; with the ability to support non-technical users.

· Current driver’s license (provisional accepted).
