We are recruiting a Program Manager within an EPMO; you will sit where corporate strategy meets real-world execution. After a period of rapid growth through mergers, your core mission is to help shape the Bank's future—particularly around post-merger integration and lifting compliance capabilities.
You’ll partner closely with business leaders to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and frontline delivery, making the complex easy and communicating efficiently across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Delivery: Own and drive strategic programs and projects across every stage of the lifecycle—from concept and discovery through to planning, implementation, and close.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and deploy a talented team of EPMO Project Managers to support critical strategic initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bring together flexible delivery teams (including business analysts, project coordinators, subject matter experts, and external partners) and unite them behind a shared vision.
- Risk & Resource Optimisation: Protect the Bank's resources (time, people, money, and expertise) while proactively identifying risks, managing interdependencies, and keeping projects on track.
- Trusted Partnership:



Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, business leads, and the Office of the CEO (OCEO) to ensure timely, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Transparent Reporting: Provide clear, accurate, and meaningful status updates on project health, budget performance, and benefit realisation.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: A strong background in program/project management, ideally complemented by experience in a management consulting environment.
- People Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop people, manage up effectively, and tailor communication seamlessly—whether presenting to executives or supporting frontline teams.
- Simplifying Complexity: A natural talent for cutting through noise and complexity, lifting the burden on the frontline, and driving concise, efficient outcomes.
- Post-Merger & Compliance Savvy: Experience working within post-merger environments and compliance uplifts is highly desirable.
- Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives within an EPMO setup rather than working in a silo.
- Industry: Financial services and/or Banking is essential, as well as someone from a client-facing management consulting background.
