We’re Looking for a Gun CSR

Oleada Electrical is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who knows how to turn incoming enquiries into booked jobs.

This isn't a basic call answering role.

We want someone who is confident on the phone, competitive, organised and driven by results. Someone who can build rapport quickly, control a conversation and confidently ask for the booking.

You'll be working alongside a growing team of residential electricians and play a major role in keeping our technicians booked with the right jobs.

What You'll Be Doing

- Answer incoming calls and convert enquiries into booked jobs

- Build rapport quickly and confidently guide customers through the booking process

- Handle common objections around price, availability and scheduling

- Make outbound calls to follow up unbooked leads and previous enquiries

- Keep technicians booked efficiently throughout the day

- Coordinate bookings and schedules through ServiceTitan

- Follow up customers and help generate 5-star Google reviews

- Maintain accurate customer records and booking information

- Work closely with management to improve booking rates and call performance

We like numbers, and this role has clear KPIs.

Success means:

- High booking conversion rate

- Strong call quality

- Technicians consistently booked with quality opportunities

- Fast follow-up on missed and unbooked leads

- Great customer feedback and reviews

- Accurate scheduling and customer information

- Consistently hitting or exceeding your KPIs

Who We're Looking For

This role could suit you if you:

- Have experience in a high-volume CSR, call centre, sales or booking role

- Are confident and natural on the phone





- Know how to ask for the booking rather than just provide information

- Can handle objections without becoming pushy

- Have a positive attitude and bring good energy to the office

- Are competitive and enjoy working towards measurable targets

- Are organised and can handle a fast-moving schedule

- Take coaching well and actively want to improve

- Care about providing a outstanding customer experience

Experience with ServiceTitan or the residential trades industry would be highly regarded, but attitude, communication skills and performance matter more to us.
