We are looking for an Organisational Wellbeing and Belonging Coordinator to support the delivery of programs and initiatives that strengthen inclusion, wellbeing and belonging across ARTC. Working across key initiatives including our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), gender equity plan, workforce participation and wellbeing programs, you will coordinate projects, support reporting and insights, and work closely with stakeholders across the business to help turn commitments into meaningful outcomes.

You will support initiatives that strengthen the recruitment, development and career progression of women and First Nations peoples, provide coordination and secretariat support for the RAP Working Group, and assist with the delivery of gender equity and wellbeing initiatives. Working with employee and workforce data, you will identify opportunities for improvement, coordinate project milestones and communications, and build collaborative relationships with internal teams, communities, industry bodies, education providers and employment services.

To be successful in the role, you will:

- Be someone who is organised, collaborative and confident working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Bring strong written and verbal communication skills.




- Have the proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
- Be able to understand, interpret and create reports based of data for future workforce insights.
- Be able to build trusted relationships.
- Be someone who can communicate with sensitivity and cultural respect, and cultural respect, building trust and positive relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Have proven experience in managing competing deadlines.

Experience as an Executive Assistant or Administration Coordinator would be highly regarded, especially within an inclusive practice or HR function. However, we also welcome applicants who can demonstrate relevant transferable skills and experience.

The role sits within the Organisational Capability team and amongst the greater People & Performance team.
